SBC ADVERTISING WINS FOUR ADDY AWARDS

Columbus, OH (February 10, 2009) –SBC Advertising received one gold and three silver awards at the Columbus Advertising Federation's 2009 ADDY awards. Known as central Ohio's largest advertising industry competition, the annual ADDY awards recognize outstanding achievements in creativity and excellence in advertising.

"We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work on such exciting projects for great clients," said David Dennis, SBC president.

AdFed Columbus hosts the Columbus ADDY awards competition to recognize the area's best creative efforts. This year's competition had more than 500 entries, which were judged in three different categories: Traditional/Print, Broadcast/Radio and Interactive/Web.

SBC received four ADDY awards in total, representing four different clients. Earning SBC a gold award was Krazy Glue's "Severed Head" Television Ad. This campaign was automatically entered into the Fifth District ADDY competition. The agency also won three silver awards for work on Huntington Bank's Japanese Puzzle Box Mailer, Worthington Industries' Steelpac Campaign and Big Lots' Closeout Wonderland Microsite.
